HIPAA Capable
For healthcare clients, twins are deployed with strict guardrails. They do not collect, store, or process Protected Health Information (PHI). Intake routing is handled via secure, compliant handoffs.
FINRA Aware
Financial twins are explicitly trained to never offer financial advice, recommend securities, or make market predictions. They act purely as intake and informational agents.
FEC & Political
Political twins are restricted from attacking opponents or making unverified claims. They focus strictly on platform education, voter registration routing, and constituent FAQs.

We comply with the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act. We only capture biometric data (voice/video) of the paying client with explicit, documented consent, and never of end-users.

Take-Down Policy
Clients have a 24-hour kill switch. One click and your twin is deactivated globally within 60 seconds. All underlying model data is purged within 30 days of contract termination.
Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
We strictly prohibit the use of Digitar for deception, fraud, impersonation of non-consenting individuals, or generating harmful content. Violations result in immediate, permanent termination.
